Our small village is nestled in a
high valley between Radstadt and Schladming,
at an elevation of 1,000m above sea level.
With its setting in the SalzburgerLand and
in the heart of the "Ski Amadé", our
vacation village offers lots of
variety-packed recreational opportunities.
Our village changes its "attire" from season
to season, always putting on its most
attractive face for visitors !
Forstau is also a wonderful place from which

Summer:
Our house is surrounded by verdant
countryside, in a setting which couldn't be
more blessed: spared from any kind of noise,
yet only a stone's throw from the town
center, whose infrastructure couldn't be
better suited to meet the most important
needs of our guests.
Enjoy the landscapes - either on foot or by
bike. Over 50 km of natural hiking
paths give us the opportunity to head out on
memorable nature adventures.
Even for our littlest guests, vacations
are pure joy!
Children's activity programs, pony rides,
petting zoos and so much more.
Swimming pools and lakes are also within
quick, convenient reach. And let's not
forget, the world-famous City of Salzburg
offers us some exciting excursion
destinations, especially in the summer and
autumn.

Winter:
In winter, our guests enjoy the advantage of
being only a few minutes walk from the base
station of the Fageralm lifts.
Spacious natural ski slopes covered in
natural snows, serving unique skiing fun.
Special kids' slopes make the day into a
wonderful experience for the whole family.
And with childcare available, youngsters
ages 2-4 couldn't be in better hands.
When you are tired and have had your fill of
the slopes for the day, unwind at an après-ski
"watering hole", then ski back all the
way to our front door. Little things that
mean so much. What more romantic way
to wind down the day than with a
horse-drawn sleigh ride, a
traditional evening at a country inn, a hike by torchlight,
or a snowshoe adventure!
